Anyway for the website to autocrop pictures uploaded

The website requires a certain dimension/pixel for each picture uploaded on actor's profile and for backdrops and posters on the movie's profile. Pictures get rejected automatically if they don't meet the specific guidelines. Is there anyway the site can have it's own auto crop, or can cropping helper like Instagram has when we upload movie/actor pictures to their respective pages?
